What we collect

When you send an estimate request or a contact message, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, project address, project description and any photos you attach. The website also records basic visit information, such as pages viewed and the browser used, through standard analytics.

What we use it for

To reply to you, to quote and schedule the work you asked about, and to understand which pages on this site are useful. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be on one.

Who sees it

Prime Open staff who handle your request, and the services we use to run this website and receive form submissions. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Request details are kept as long as needed to handle the job and for our business records afterwards. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we have to keep them for a legal or accounting reason.

Cookies

The site uses the cookies needed for analytics and, if we run advertising, to measure whether an ad led to a request. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
