About Prime Open
Prime Open is a home improvement and property services company based in Boston. We renovate bathrooms, install windows, doors and flooring, clear out junk and move people locally. Most customers find us for one job and call back for the next.
How we work
Every job starts with your photos or a short video. We send a quote from those, so you have a number before anyone comes to the door. Then we visit, measure and check what the camera could not show, and you get a written estimate that says what is included and what is not. You know the scope and the timing before anything starts.
The crew that quotes the job is the crew that does it. You get one point of contact, and if something changes mid-job, you hear about it before it costs you money.
What we will not do
We do not treat a photo quote as the final number, and we do not spring a different one on you after the visit without explaining why. We do not take on work that needs a license we do not hold. We do not publish reviews or claims we cannot back up. If a job is outside what we do, we say so and, where we can, point you to someone who does it.
What to expect
Clear scope
The estimate lists what is included. If we find something behind a wall, we stop and talk before we touch it.
Known schedule
You get start and finish dates, and a call if either moves.
Clean finish
Debris hauled, surfaces wiped, and a walk-through with you before we call it done.
